But thanks to my PhD in psychology and training as a therapist, I’ve learnt lots of skills that help.

Come along to one of my workshops to feel better together - and hate everything a little less!

What are IHE workshops?

Life is hard and therapy is expensive.

In my workshops, you can learn and practice skills for regulating anxiety, anger and low mood.

I teach evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

The workshops do not require talking about yourself and are not group therapy.

IHE workshops for teens

It’s really hard to be a teen. Over the past few years, research has been warning us about the mental health crisis in young people, yet clinical care is very difficult to access. That’s why I provide specialised meetings for teens to teach emotion regulation skills.

IHE workshop for parents

As a new mum, I rely on my therapy skills on a daily basis. Whether it’s managing overstimulation, anger, self-criticism or communication with my husband, emotion regulation techniques have been an absolute life-saver. Parents deserve more support in the world’s hardest job.
