But thanks to my PhD in psychology and training as a therapist, I’ve learnt lots of skills that help.

Come along to one of my workshops to feel better together - and hate everything a little less!

What are IHE workshops?

Life is hard and therapy is expensive.

In my workshops, you can learn and practice skills for regulating anxiety, anger and low mood.

I teach evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

The workshops do not involve talking about yourself and are therefore not group therapy.

I Hate Everything for teens

It’s really hard to be a teen. Over the past few years, research has been warning us about the mental health crisis in young people, yet clinical care is very difficult to access. That’s why I provide specialised workshops for teens to teach emotion regulation skills.

I Hate Everything for parents

As a new mum, I rely on my therapy skills on a daily basis. Whether it’s managing overstimulation, anger, self-criticism or communication with my husband, emotion regulation techniques have been an absolute life-saver. Parents deserve more support in the world’s hardest job.
